Honor Club aired episode 168 of ROH TV on May 28th. The matches tonight were filmed during the recent recording sessions that the promotion held at the WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. The show featured a total of eleven matches, three of them championship bouts. Notable was AR Fox's victory over Dezmond Xavier to retain the ROH World Television Championship in the main event.
- Mark Davis defeated Adam Priest to retain the AEW National Championship. Davis delivered a piledriver for the win.
- Anthony Ogogo (with Shane Taylor Promotions) defeated Darian Bengston by K.O. after landing a right hook.
- Mance Warner cut a backstage promo directly addressing Lee Moriarty, challenging him to a Proving Ground Match for a shot at the ROH Pure Championship.
- Rachael Ellering defeated Viva Van in a pure rules match. Ellering executed a Japanese Ocean Cyclone Suplex for the win.
- Angelico defeated "Main Man" Oro by submission with a modified ankle lock.
- Caprice Coleman interviewed Athena backstage. The interview began with Coleman congratulating "The Forever Champion" on her historic reign. Athena recalled how it all started: with her growing tired of being a tag team competitor and being relegated to the now-defunct AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation. Once she left that behind, she could focus on herself to become not only the most dominant champion in ROH but in all of professional wrestling. Athena also boasted about being the most relevant talent in the company, as it is her name, and not Bryan Danielson, Nigel McGuinness, or Samoa Joe, that is associated with ROH. In fact, the company's talent should be grateful to her for having a job. The champion also referenced her Achilles tendon injury, confessing that she approaches each match as if it were her last... because it really could be. As for her championship, Athena pointed out that it will end up in the hands of the woman who proves she truly deserves it.
- Maya World defeated Trish Adora (with Shawn Dean, Carlie Bravo, and Christyan XO). World dodged a Lariat Tubman to counter with an unexpected roll-up, securing the victory.
- Stori Denali (with Mark Sterling) defeated Brooke Havok by delivering a chokeslam.
- Proving Ground Match for a shot at the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships: Dalton Castle and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) defeated The Frat House (Preston Vance, Jacked Jameson, and Griff Garrison). The Lethal Swirl (Jay Lethal, Blake Christian, and Lee Johnson) attacked the champions after the match.
- Ian Riccaboni entered the ring to address The Lethal Swirl, noting that their actions stemmed from frustration over their failure at Supercard of Honor. Christian acknowledged that the commentator was right. He felt frustrated for not proving he deserves to be at the top of ROH. However, sooner or later, he will win the ROH World Championship. Christian also asserted that his team is the most creative, innovative, talented, and exciting trio in the company, even more so than the division champions. With that said, he issued a challenge to prove it against any team. Otherwise, they would have to take out their frustration on Riccaboni.
- The Lethal Swirl (Blake Christian, Lee Johnson, and Jay Lethal) defeated Il Cartello Grillo (Hayden Seal, KayJay Impala, and Rosario Grillo) in a trios match.
- Bandido defeated Volador Jr. to retain the ROH World Championship. Bandido executed a 21-Plex for the win. The match was recorded last week during a CMLL event held at the Arena México.
- AR Fox defeated Dezmond Xavier to retain the ROH World Television Championship in the night's main event. Fox landed a 450 Splash for the win.
