WWE has once again adjusted its premium events calendar and Money in the Bank 2026 will no longer be held in September. The show has been moved a month later and is now set for Saturday, October 10 in New Orleans, at the Smoothie King Center.
The company did not explain the reason for the change, although it did confirm the new date in its official announcement. The event will maintain its usual format, with WWE's top stars fighting for the briefcase that guarantees a title opportunity at the time of their choosing within the following year.
For New Orleans, the event also serves as partial compensation after WrestleMania 43 was removed from the city and relocated to Saudi Arabia. WWE has still promised to bring a future WrestleMania there, but with no specific date for now.
Tickets will go on general sale on Friday, July 10 at 10 a.m. Eastern time, while the presale will start a day earlier at the same time.
