WWE is celebrating a new episode of Monday Night Raw tonight, this time number 1,724, from the Accor Arena in Paris, France. This will be WWE's last show of its European tour and will be broadcast live on Netflix. Solowrestling will bring you the results in this news as every week.
Tonight's episode will feature several matches and segments of interest, highlighting the continuation of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments. In addition, the Intercontinental Championships will be on the line. As always, we invite you to comment on the article to give your opinion on what happened on the show.
WWE Raw starts on Netflix!
We see the arrival of some of the protagonists of this Parisian night to the venue: Penta, Rey Mysterio (accompanied by Dragon Lee), Sol Ruca, Alexa Bliss, and Je'Von Evans.
We see a video summary of the first day of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments that took place last week on Raw and SmackDown.
Oba Femi is in charge of opening tonight's show. The fans welcome the Nigerian with a great ovation. "Ooooooooooba, Ooooooooooba!" chants the audience as "The Ruler" heads to the ring. Femi enjoys the tireless chants of the fans, whom he thanks for such a reception. Oba would love to continue like this all night, but there are matters he must address. "Ooooooooooba, Ooooooooooba!" the audience chants again, bringing a smile to the former NXT champion.
Femi acknowledges that he agrees on almost nothing with Paul Heyman. However, they do have something in common: they both believe in spoilers. And he has one for the Parisian fans. Oba promises to defeat any opponent that crosses his path in the King of the Ring tournament. And once he achieves victory, he will head straight to SummerSlam to face a world champion, no matter who it is. Femi is convinced that the champion will fight fiercely, but that won't prevent him from being destroyed by "The Ruler". Once he achieves it, he will put the title around his waist and take his rightful place. Oba points out that he needs a crown to live up to his nickname. However, 2026 is not just about accumulating trophies. He also wants Brock Lesnar's head, a man who attacks him from behind and then disappears. "Heyman says I unleashed a huge and fierce beast, but all I've seen these last three weeks is a huge and fierce female dog!", he exclaims. "Brock, you can't stay away forever. When I see you, I'll settle the score".
Dominik Mysterio interrupts the promo!
The fans boo Mysterio to the point where his voice cannot be heard. Dominik believes that Oba should worry more about him and less about Lesnar. That said, he asks the Nigerian how long he has been on the main roster. "Ooooooooba, Ooooooooba!" the audience chants to interrupt the AAA Megachampion. He points out that he has been in the business for 20 years, while Femi is just a rookie. Dominik introduces himself as the "King of Fighters" and the future King of the Ring, which means he will rule over the Nigerian. Mysterio climbs onto the apron. From that position, he advises Oba to do the right thing and kneel before his future king here and now. Oba can't believe what he's hearing. Suddenly, we see JD McDonagh entering the ring to surprise "The Ruler" with a chair shot to the back. However, the attack doesn't even move the Nigerian.
Oba turns to JD, who tries to use the chair again. This time, Femi stops the attack with a direct punch to the chair. Oba traps McDonagh in the ropes. Dominik takes advantage of it to surprise the Nigerian with a 619. Mysterio seeks height to jump on Femi, but he stops him to throw him in the air. Dom hits the canvas. Oba is about to finish him off, but JD saves his partner just in time. The members of The Judgment Day retreat up the entrance ramp. Femi picks up the microphone to address the AAA Megachampion. "Dom, you messed up tonight. We all know that Rey Mysterio is your father. Next week I'll introduce you to your daddy!", exclaims Oba to end the segment.
Jackie Redmond interviews Seth Rollins backstage. Rollins enjoys the chants from Paris before welcoming them to "Monday Night Rollins". Seth recalls that he was a world champion and leader of The Vision the last time he was in this city. But that's all in the past. The present is the King of the Ring tournament and the future is his victory in it, which will lead him to face Roman Reigns, the man he once called brother. A man who seems not to know how to win championships without the help of others. A man who can't beat him when it really matters. Seth addresses Roman directly to make it clear that his goal is to take away the championship he built and never lost. "It belongs to The Visionary! It belongs to The Revolutionary! It belongs to Seth Freakin Rollins!", he exclaims before leaving.

Liv ends up on the ringside, where she receives a rope dropkick from Becky. Alexa jumps on Lynch with an apron cannonball. Now it's Chelsea who jumps on Bliss and Morgan with a diving crossbody. We see a promotional video starring Rey Mysterio and Penta, who will face each other tonight with the Intercontinental Championship at stake.
Chad Gable approaches Penta backstage. Gable knows that the masked wrestler has an important match tonight, so he'll be quick. Chad recalls talking to his brother (Rey Fenix) on SmackDown last Friday, and he told him something that has made him think a lot. Gable acknowledges that he has done things he is ashamed of in these last two years. And all because he fell into a spiral of madness that began when he lost to Penta. That was a great fight, but he couldn't accept defeat. Instead, he behaved like a coward, and that led him to mock the wrestlers and an entire culture. "I don't expect anything from you, but I'm here to look you in the eye and say 'I'm sorry'", says Chad. Penta loves his culture as much as his brother, but he knows that it must not be easy for Gable to admit he was wrong. And that's something he respects. "But if you want to do right by wrestling, you know who you should talk to," says Penta as he places his hand on Gable's shoulder. "I do," Chad replies before leaving.
Byron Saxton interviews Ethan Page on the entrance ramp. Saxton points out that Page doesn't seem to have shown the "excellence" he promised as soon as he arrived at the red brand. "All Ego" reminds Byron that he has only been on Raw for two months, and yet he has achieved a lot, including pushing Penta to the limit and almost snatching the Intercontinental Championship from him. Page also recalls that the Mexican had numerous opportunities to win the gold until he finally conquered it, making it clear that there is favoritism in the company towards him. Ethan recalls that Penta is the man who claims not to be afraid. However, it seems that he fears "All Ego" since he still hasn't had his title rematch. But he doesn't care because he's still the most handsome and smartest on the roster. Also, he always gets what he wants. Ethan makes it clear that he doesn't care who wins tonight. Whether it's Penta or Rey Mysterio, whoever ends up with the gold around their waist will automatically become his target. And once he gets the opportunity he deserves, that person will have to hear: "And the new Intercontinental Champion, 'All Ego' Ethan Page", he says to end the interview.
Montez Ford approaches Seth Rollins in the locker room to wish him luck in his match tonight. "You are the King of the Ring of this generation", says Ford. Seth thanks him for his words and for his help last week. Suddenly, The Usos and Jacob Fatu appear on the scene. Jey advises Rollins to choose his words carefully when talking about his family. He also reminds him that he is also participating in the King of the Ring tournament. A tournament he will win to take the WWE Undisputed Championship from Cody Rhodes. Seth congratulates him on that. He won't win, but at least he can participate, which is more than Jimmy will do. However, that's how Roman Reigns wants it. That said, he makes it clear that tonight he didn't talk about his family. He never does. He was talking about Roman in particular. Despite everything, he knows that Jey and Jimmy do this for the family, so he's not mad at them. "I understand. I'm not mad at you. But I'm disappointed because I really thought you were better than this. I thought you were better than just being Roman Reigns' lackeys. I thought this was 'Big Jim' and 'Main Event' Jey Uso. But maybe this is the best you can get. Maybe the best you'll ever have is being Roman's lackeys", he says. "Hey, Jacob, take care of this idiot, Uce!", says Jey. Fatu faces "The Visionary". After a few moments, "The Samoan Werewolf" decides to leave without laying a finger on him. "Family, right?", says Rollins to The Usos. Upset, they decide to leave, ending this segment.
We see a video promoting the Women's Intercontinental Championship match that will take place tonight.
Bayley approaches Lyra Valkyria backstage to encourage her before her title match tonight. Lyra recalls that it's been almost a year since she last held gold around her waist. For her part, "The Role Model" lists her companion's achievements in WWE, pointing out that all of this has led her to this moment. "You are Lyra, one of the best, and I believe in you", says Bayley before leaving.
Women's Intercontinental Championship Match
Sol Ruca (c) vs. Lyra Valkyria
Sol traps Lyra in a headlock on the mat. The Irishwoman reverses the hold into a wristlock. Now it's Ruca who reverses it to apply her own wristlock. Both women resume the struggle, with Ruca showing off her great agility. Sol surprises Valkyria with a faceplant. 1..2..NO. The action moves to the apron. Sol kicks Lyra with an enzuigiri before jumping on her opponent, but she stops her to throw her on the opposite side of the ring.

Lyra kicks Sol to interrupt a springboard. As a result, the champion remains motionless on the top rope. Valkyria executes a diving legdrop, followed by a spinning heel kick. 1..2..NO.
The action continues. Lyra and Sol block each other's attacks. Valkyria stops the champion in the middle of preparing her Sol Snatcher to carry her on her shoulders. Ruca tries to surprise Lyra with a roll-up, but the Irishwoman prevents it by loading her weight on her. 1..2..NO. Sol dodges a spinning kick, causing her opponent's leg to get caught in the ropes. Ruca runs to the corner to execute - now - a Sol Snatcher. 1..2..3.
Winner and STILL Women's Intercontinental Champion: Sol Ruca
Jey and Jimmy Uso approach Jacob Fatu to reprimand him for his attitude tonight. Jey makes it clear that he must obey their orders. Jimmy tries to be kinder, pointing out that they call the shots, and Jacob must execute them. "The Samoan Werewolf" reminds them both that he acknowledged Roman Reigns, not them. Also, they shouldn't worry about him, but about LA Knight, who will undoubtedly come out to talk about the Samoan family. "And you two are here doing nothing!", says Fatu before leaving. An annoyed Jey also leaves the scene, leaving Jimmy alone.
Byron Saxton interviews Ricky Saints on the entrance ramp. Byron asks the former NXT champion how he has prepared for his match tonight. Saints replies that when you are "The Absolute," you don't need preparation. Ricky recalls that he only needed half a year in NXT to win both male championships of the brand. Saints assures that he is a star and will prove it in the ring tonight. With that said, he reminds everyone that WWE has had great kings, but now it's time to crown Ricky Saints. "The Absolute" sends a direct message to his three opponents tonight, making it clear that nothing will stop him from reaching SummerSlam as the King of the Ring to become the world champion. Ricky performs his characteristic pose to end the interview.
LA Knight makes his entrance. The fans welcome him with a great ovation. "The Megastar" reminds everyone that next Friday on SmackDown he will have his quarter-final match in the King of the Ring tournament. Under different circumstances, he would be promising to win the match and face Roman Reigns at SummerSlam. However, he can't do that because there are certain elements at play. LA Knight knows that "The OTC" will do whatever it takes for Jey Uso to win that match, as this is the only way to avoid facing the tournament winner. Still, there is always the possibility that "The Megastar" wins his match and ends up facing Reigns for the world championship, in which case he has no doubt that hundreds of Samoans will intervene to ensure that "The OTC" retains the gold.
And who will allow this to happen? Adam Pearce. LA Knight states that the Raw General Manager obeys The Bloodline. Just compare how Pearce addressed Reigns last week and how he addressed "The Megastar." "Clearly, he has his favorites, and I'm not one of them. But it doesn't matter. I may not be a chosen one, but each of you chose me. And most importantly, I chose myself!", he exclaims. LA Knight addresses Jey directly, wishing him luck for this Friday so that he doesn't need to call his whole family.
Jey Uso interrupts the segment!
Jey heads to the ring, where the fans greet him with their classic "YEET" gesture. Amid the popular clamor, Jey asks production to play his theme music again to "yeet" with the audience from one of the corners. LA Knight wastes no time interrupting the moment, making it clear that he won't stand there watching this scene. He asks Jey to say what he has to say. "When my family calls me, I answer that call, LA. So you need to stay in your damn lane. As for us, yes, I will participate in the King of the Ring tournament. I don't need luck, LA, because I don't need it, because I'm still HIM, because I'm still the one who rocks the stadiums. I'm still Main Event Jey Uso, and on Friday night, I'm going to show you exactly who the hell I am. This is your warning!", exclaims Jey before leaving the ring.
LA Knight interrupts the moment again to make it clear to Jey that he understands his desire to defend his family. And that's something he respects because that's how a good man should act. "With that in mind, I want to reiterate that I wish you luck for Friday. And from the bottom of my heart, screw your family!", exclaims "The Megastar" before tossing the microphone. A furious Jey takes off his shirt and heads to the ring. Jimmy appears on the scene to stop his brother, thus avoiding a fight.
Chad Gable approaches Rey Mysterio and Dragon Lee to ask for a minute of their time. Lee knows exactly what Chad wants. That's why he wants to make one thing clear: he doesn't hold a grudge for taking his mask because now Gable knows what it means to wear one. "Wrestling is about culture and respect", says Dragon. Mysterio informs Chad that both he and Lee have seen his conversations with Rey Fenix and Penta. Mysterio believes Gable should stop beating himself up, although he also acknowledges that there was a time when he wanted to beat him up. Mysterio recalls their "mask vs. mask" match in AAA Noche de los Grandes. That was authentic wrestling. "So consider your apologies accepted", says Rey. Dragon agrees with the legend. Chad thanks them before leaving, but Mysterio stops him. "I've known you for a long time. I'm not one to judge, but maybe you should look back a bit, because I'm sure you said and did some things you might regret before putting on that mask. Think about it", says Mysterio before leaving.

Dragon Lee appears on the scene!
Lee runs to the ring, where he quickly gets rid of the heels. After expelling them from the ring, Dragon prepares to launch himself at Rusev, but Page grabs his legs to take him to ringside. "All Ego" throws the masked man over the audience barrier. Then, he signals Rusev to unmask the legend.
Rusev returns to unmask Rey Mysterio!
Rey covers his face while lying on the canvas. Penta throws himself over him to cover him and protect his identity. Rusev looks at Mysterio's mask while Page kicks the Mexicans at will. Suddenly...
Chad Gable bursts onto the scene!
Gable runs to the ring to deliver German suplexes to the heels. Chad catches "All Ego" in an Ankle Lock, but Rusev quickly saves his ally. Both start their retreat backstage as the fans cheer for Gable. Dragon returns to the ring with a towel to cover Rey's face. Chad bends down to pick up the legend's mask, which he hands to Penta. He and Lee help Mysterio put it on under the towel. Rey, Penta, and Dragon thank him for his help. Gable, on the other hand, takes the opportunity to apologize again to the masked men as the segment comes to an end.
Raquel Rodriguez stars in a promotional video before her Queen of the Ring tournament semifinal match against IYO SKY. The Texan recalls that in the quarter-finals, she defeated three women. "Three women. Three losers," she says in Spanish. Her next obstacle is "the fly IYO SKY." The last time they faced off, the Texan emerged victorious. A result that will be repeated next week when her arm is raised in the center of the ring. In this way, she will not only defeat "The Genius of Sky" but will also continue her path to SummerSlam, where she will snatch the WWE Championship from her good friend Rhea Ripley. That's why she advises her to get a ticket for the PLE, because once she's done with Rhea and takes control of the women's division, "Mami" will need a shoulder to cry on.
IYO SKY responds to Raquel in a video promo. "Before leaving the United States, Asuka-san entrusted me with the WWE women's division. There is nothing I take more seriously than protecting the honor and responsibility entrusted to me by my senpai. Raquel, you are a physical force to be reckoned with, but you have no honor, you have no heart. All you do is protect the ego of the woman who controls you: Liv Morgan. For your own good, I will relieve you of that responsibility. Next week, I will end her journey in this tournament. I will put The Judgment Day in its place. And at SummerSlam, I will become something you have never been: World Champion," says "The Genius of Sky".
Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez converse in The Judgment Day's "clubhouse." "The Prodigy" apologizes to Morgan for her attitude last week, pointing out that the champion was right: the important thing is that a woman from the faction, whoever it may be, wins the Queen of the Ring tournament. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh appear on the scene. Liv quickly hugs Dominik, who regrets that their plan against Oba Femi didn't work. Morgan notes that there's no need to worry. They just need to implement a different plan, and she has some ideas about it. Liv leaves with her companions to prepare everything. Roxy, on the other hand, stays in the "clubhouse," indicating that she will join them later.
