WWE will travel to Saudi Arabia this weekend to fulfill its 2026 commitments with the Asian country. The company will hold a new edition of Night of Champions, which will feature several title matches, as well as the finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments. Betting houses already point to their favorites. But, what do they say from WWE's own creative team?
The latest edition of Wrestlevotes Radio on Fightful Select has answered that question, at least in part. The media has been able to speak directly with a source familiar with future creative plans. According to this source, Cody Rhodes and Trick Williams would retain the WWE Undisputed Championship and the United States Championship, respectively. In addition, IYO SKY would win the Queen of the Ring tournament.
"Regarding the defense of the WWE Women's United States Championship by Tiffany Stratton against Jade Cargill, there is a belief that Stratton will retain the title, although this information was not conveyed to WrestleVotes with the same level of confidence as the predictions mentioned earlier," wrote the media.
"Regarding the match between Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker, several possible endings have been internally discussed, so the source did not feel comfortable making a prediction with certainty," the report continued. "The final of the 2026 King of the Ring tournament will pit Jey Uso against Oba Femi. At the time of writing this information, the plans for that match remain secret".
WWE Night of Champions will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fans will be able to witness this event live from the venue, or through its broadcast on ESPN in the United States and Netflix internationally.
