WWE fans have lost part of their connection with the company due to a series of creative decisions that have not convinced everyone. This includes the push received by Jey Uso, the successive title misfortunes of Drew McIntyre, or John Cena's defeat by submission in his last match as an active wrestler.

Decisions that, on the other hand, Triple H, current WWE Chief Brand Officer and therefore the company's creative head, has staunchly defended. Now, in a recent interview with Stephen A. Smith, Triple H wanted to send a message to all those dissatisfied fans to remind them that WWE is just entertainment.

"I think we always offer an event that will be exciting, that will always surprise and excite the audience. We have a bit of everything for everyone. There's the more entertaining part with Danhausen, and the more serious part with Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes. There's also Rhea Ripley, Becky Lynch, and Jade Cargill, right? There is that more serious side, but the stories are what keep you hooked," he said.

"If it's been a while since you've seen us, tune back in, because if there's one thing that characterizes WWE, it's that the story never ends. When the end of a great match comes, like if the Knicks win an important game, in our world the next day everything starts over. There's always something new, something fresh, something important happening. So, even if you've been disconnected for a while, you can immediately get hooked again, be part of those stories, and live those epic moments. There's something for everyone, and that's our goal: to offer a bit of everything for everyone," he stated.

"The other part of all this is that I believe that, sometimes, people lose perspective. In the end, we're just entertainment. We're here for fun and, sometimes, people take it too seriously or get too involved. But this is made to entertain. There are many things happening in the world, and if you just want to disconnect for a couple of hours and enjoy something entertaining that you can immerse yourself in and have a good time, WWE is the right place. And if you've never experienced a live event, I tell you truly: come to a live show, come to one of our Premium Live Events or a TV taping. There's nothing like it in the world of entertainment.".
