AEW Full Gear 2026 will take place on Saturday, November 14th at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona. This was announced by All Elite Wrestling through their social media, confirming the continuity of one of their most classic PPVs, which has not missed its annual appointment since the creation of the company.
"Phoenix is a fantastic city for sports", declared Tony Khan to Arizona Central. "When big matchups take place, it's a city that creates that atmosphere typical of major events, and Full Gear is one of those events. There will be a lot of anticipation surrounding this show."
This will be the first time that Full Gear is held in the state of Arizona. The last two editions of the PPV took place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. The last pay-per-view event the company held in the state was AEW Double or Nothing 2025, which took place at the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale.
"It was chosen as the best wrestling event of the year 2025", Khan said. "Double or Nothing 2025 was voted as the best wrestling show of the year worldwide by Sports Illustrated, and several of the main specialized publications also chose it as the best wrestling event of the year. In 2026, AEW is even better. We are experiencing an even bigger and more successful year, so it's perfect to come back here".
It is worth noting that Full Gear will take place on a Saturday night, following the trend set by the company's previous announcement, All Out, which will also be held on a Saturday. This move could signify a change in strategy that gradually ends PPVs on Sundays, a day that is not convenient for a large sector of fans due to the extensive duration of the events.
