National Wrestling Alliance will hold its show NWA 78 next Saturday, July 25th. A show that will mark the return of WWE superstar Nattie to the promotion. Billy Corgan, NWA President, has wanted to thank the company owned by Endeavor and, especially, Triple H and Nick Khan, for their support.
"I can say that I believe this is the most solid lineup we have ever presented. The one for NWA 78. There are some matches that we still cannot announce due to television-related issues. Our television schedule usually airs with some delay. Nattie will compete in the ring, so we are very excited about it and, of course, I want to thank Nick Khan and Triple H," he declared in his recent appearance on Busted Open.
"The support that NWA has received from WWE has been something that has completely impressed me. Obviously, WWE is the industry leader. They are the ones generating most of the conversation... But, behind the scenes, WWE has treated me like gold. I only have words of praise for them. They have been absolutely incredible with me. What can I say? Perhaps, in the end, it all comes down to the fact that Triple H is a big fan of classic NWA and it means a lot to him that NWA has also managed to make a comeback," he concluded.
Nattie competed for NWA at the 2025 Crockett Cup event, held at the iconic 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. On that occasion, the Canadian lost to NWA World Champion Kenzie Paige in a title match. Both women will cross paths again at NWA 78, this time in a triple threat match.
