NJPW G1 Climax 36 Results (Day 2)

New Japan Pro-Wrestling held the second day of their traditional G1 Climax 36 tournament last night, where 20 wrestlers will compete in two groups to reach a final and a victory that will allow them to challenge for the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestle Kingdom. The show took place at the Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center Hokkai Kitayell in Toyohira-ku, Sapporo prefecture, Japan, in front of a live audience of 2,555 fans.

• Ren Narita and Dick Togo defeated Callum Newman and Zane Jay in a tag team match. Narita applied a Magic Killer on Jay for the victory.
• Zack Sabre Jr. and Hartley Jackson defeated Yuya Uemura and Masatora Yasuda in a tag team match. Jackson applied a Death Valley Bomb on Yasuda for the victory.
