- Frankie Kazarian and A.J. Francis (with Expressions) defeated Moose and Elijah in a tag team match. Francis applied the Cash on Elijah for the victory. After the match, Expressions took Elijah's guitar with the intention of smashing it against its rightful owner, but Moose intervened to prevent it. Elijah got his revenge by delivering a piledriver to Expressions.

- Accompanied by the rest of the members of Order 4, Mustafa Ali explained the rules of the selection process that will determine his next challenger for the TNA International Championship. Ali showed the urn in which all active roster members can vote, but not for themselves. "That being said, may the best man win," he said to conclude this brief backstage segment.

- First round match of the Knockouts Television Championship tournament: Wendy Choo vs. Elayna Black ended in a draw after the 10-minute time limit expired. As a result, both women were eliminated from the tournament. Xia Brookside appeared to attack Black, whom she threw against the metal stairs. Choo approached her rival to check on her condition, only to become another victim of the Knockouts World Champion, who walked backstage holding her title.

- The voting process continued backstage, with talents like Rosemary, Allie, Rich Swann, Ryan Nemeth, and Cedric Alexander casting their respective votes. John Skyler tried to sneak a peek inside the urn, only to be scolded by Mustafa Ali, who insisted that this process had to be clean. Ali left to get a coffee while Skyler and a security guard hired by the International Champion watched over the urn. Before following their leader, Mila Moore approached Skyler to point out that he was doing a great job, which immediately cheered up her new companion.

- The System as a whole carried out a promo in the ring. Bear Bronson boasted about defeating and destroying Ricky Sosa the previous week. Bronson claimed that wrestlers like Sosa are nothing but a "meme," a joke. He, on the other hand, is a killer. Brian Myers noted that TNA is constantly changing, with wrestlers coming and going. However, there is one thing that remains unchanged: The System's dominance. Cedric Alexander and Eddie Edwards proclaimed the faction as the "guardians" of TNA. Edwards added that they are the ones who decide which talents are ready and which are not. That said, he assured that his wife would win the women's tournament to bring more gold to the faction and, in passing, end Jada Stone.

Ricky Sosa interrupted the segment from the entrance ramp. Sosa acknowledged his defeat from the previous week. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but his loss to Bronson was because Myers helped him. Edwards reminded Sosa that he had rejected the offer to join The System and, with it, lost all right to be protected by the faction. Leon Slater soon came out to make it clear that he would have Ricky's back. That said, he challenged the faction to a tag team match right then and there. Eddie accepted the challenge, but the match will take place next week in Philadelphia.

- Daria Rae oversaw the vote count, which resulted in Jason Hotch being the winner. Mustafa Ali laughed, taking the result as a joke from the roster. That's why he ordered his partner to find the TNA Director of Operations to clarify the matter.

TNA provided a medical update on several of its talents:

  • Elayna Black is under observation after the attack by Xia Brookside.
  • Matthew Rehwoldt adds that Nic Nemeth is in an "incredible condition".
  • Moose is under observation after his match tonight.
  • Matthew Rehwoldt once again adds that Nic Nemeth is in a "perfect condition".

- The Hardys ("Broken" Matt Hardy and "Brother Nero") defeated The Righteous (Dutch and Vincent) in a Righteous Deletion to retain the TNA World Tag Team Championships. It was an extensive cinematic match full of details and references (including the participation of the Hardy family), which ended with Jeff performing a Swanton Bomb on Dutch from the top of a tractor for the victory.

- Jason Hotch was about to enter Daria Rae's office when Leon Slater appeared. Slater assured Hotch that his victory in the vote was not a joke. "It's your moment. And the only person standing in your way right now, is you", Leon said before leaving. Hotch turned back to Rae's door, ready to enter the office, when he received a phone call from his wife.

- Jada Stone defeated Alisha Edwards (with Eddie Edwards) to advance to the second round of the Knockouts Television Championship tournament. Stone applied a bridging roll-up for the victory. Furious, Alisha tried to launch an assault on Jada, but she quickly turned the situation around. Eddie intervened to protect his wife.

- Jason Hotch returned with Mustafa Ali and the rest of Order 4. The TNA International Champion asked him if he had solved the problem. "Not exactly," Hotch replied. Ali asked the rest of the faction to leave them alone. After that, he asked Jason about what happened. Hotch explained that he had spoken with Leon Slater. "Do you think I care about what Leon has to say?! I told you to do something. Did you?", he asked. Hotch pointed out that he had spoken with his wife on the phone, and she also believed he deserved this opportunity. That's why he wouldn't let it slip away. "Sir, with all due respect, I'll see you next week", Jason said before leaving.

- Nic Nemeth defeated KC Navarro to retain the TNA World Championship in the main event of the night. Nemeth applied a Danger Zone for the victory.
