AMC and TNA+ aired last night the 1,150th episode of TNA Thursday Night iMPACT!, live from The Liacouras Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show, the thirtieth of the AMC era, featured several matches and segments of interest, highlighting Jason Hotch's victory over Mustafa Ali to win the TNA International Championship in the main event of the night.
- Ricky Sosa and Leon Slater defeated The System (Eddie Edwards and Cedric Alexander) (with Alisha Edwards) in a tag team match. Slater hit a Swanton 450 on Alexander for the victory. After the match, Leon grabbed a microphone to challenge Cedric to a rematch for the X-Division Championship inside a steel cage at TNA Lockdown. "You'll never have this title! It's mine! Mine!, MINE!" shouted Alexander as he walked backstage.
- Mustafa Ali instructed John Skyler and Mila Moore to inform all Order 4 members present about his title defense against Jason Hotch, also making it clear that no one could interfere in his match in any way.
- A backstage segment showed an ecstatic Personal Concierge (who had already regained his sight) cheering on Heather and M By Elegance ahead of their title rematch against DemonXBunny. Personal Concierge suggested that after regaining the Knockouts Tag Team Championships and winning the Television Championship, the faction could be called "The Empire Brand." Heather asked what would happen if both she and M win their respective matches and face each other in the tournament final. Personal Concierge decided to dodge the question to insist that they should focus on their main goal: ending the night as three-time Knockouts Tag Team Champions.
- TNA paid tribute to Rebel, a former talent of the company who is currently battling ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis).
- Indi Hartwell defeated Thea Hail to advance to the semifinals of the Knockouts Television Championship tournament. Hartwell hit a Hurt Donut for the victory.
- A.J. Francis approached several talents to ask for donations to help with Expressions' recovery, who recently received a brutal piledriver from Elijah. The talents contributed some money (very little for Francis, who was visibly upset about it). A.J. then approached BDE and Rich Swann. They refused to contribute, suggesting that Francis should put money from his own pocket.
- KC Navarro cut a promo in the ring to remind everyone that last week he had the opportunity of a lifetime, but he failed. Nevertheless, he gave it his all, and he will continue to do so to prove that TNA is where he belongs. "I will never give up. My story has only just begun," he said.
The full System interrupted the promo. Alisha Edwards mocked Navarro, calling him a "crybaby." Brian Myers continued to taunt Navarro before asking him to leave the ring, as The System had matters to attend to. Cedric Alexander addressed Leon Slater directly to make it clear that he will never have another shot at his X-Division Championship. Eddie Edwards added that Leon and Ricky Sosa didn't deserve any opportunities, reminding them that The System are the guardians of TNA. Navarro interrupted Eddie to make it clear that it was his moment, not the faction's. Furthermore, he didn't see any guardians in the ring, just a bunch of dogs. Navarro's comment led to an assault by The System, but the arrival of Leon Slater, Ricky Sosa, and Fabian Aicher forced the heels to retreat.
- Allie was desperately looking for Rosemary backstage. The Knockouts Tag Team Champion approached Daria Rae to inquire about her partner's whereabouts. However, the Director of Operations was unaware of Rosemary's location. Rae reminded Allie that their match was up next. And if she didn't find her partner in the next few minutes, she would have to forfeit the titles. In a desperate move, Allie offered to compete alone. With a malicious smile, Daria accepted the proposal.
TNA provided a medical update on several of its talents:
- Gia Miller interviewed Xia Brookside backstage. Miller asked the Knockouts World Champion why she attacked Wendy Choo and Elayna Black last week. "Why? Because I can," Xia replied. She made it clear that Black isn't as good as she thinks. Xia, on the other hand, is the best wrestler on the roster. Wendy interrupted the interview to call Brookside a "coward" for attacking her from behind. "Coward?! I'm a champion. I'm THE Champion!" Xia responded. Both women started arguing, which was interrupted by Santino Marella. He called out Brookside for her actions last week before informing her that in seven days, she will defend her title against Choo. Xia accepted Marella's directive, promising to humiliate the NXT talent. Black appeared to support Wendy, hoping she kicks the champion's butt. Xia stormed off in anger. Elayna wished luck to Choo as the segment concluded.
- The Elegance Brand (M and Heather By Elegance) (with Personal Concierge and Mr. Elegance) defeated Allie by disqualification in a match where the Knockouts Tag Team Championships were on the line. Allie attacked everyone with her championship belt, causing her disqualification and the end of the match.
- The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy) held a promo in the ring. Matt and Jeff recalled their victory over The Righteous last week, hinting that Dutch and Vincent might be dead. That said, they claimed that their immersion in the Lake of Reincarnation had turned them into "The GOATS" and, therefore, the greatest team in the history of professional wrestling. The Nemeths (Nic and Ryan Nemeth) soon interrupted the promo to describe themselves as the greatest brother team in history. Ryan then challenged The Hardys to a match for the TNA Tag Team Championships. Santino Marella appeared to ask the fans directly if they wanted to see that match. The positive reaction from the audience led him to make it official for TNA Lockdown. But before that, Nic will have to defend his World Championship against Jeff. A match that will take place next week. Before leaving, Ryan taunted actress Aimee Garcia, who didn't hesitate to throw a drink in his face before slapping him.
- A.J. Francis continued to ask for donations to cover Expressions' medical expenses. A referee donated $20 (which Francis promptly pocketed). Francis then approached The Home Town Man, who refused to donate anything to a man he despises. Francis confronted the masked man, at which point Elijah appeared to warn Francis to leave The Home Town Man alone. Francis urged Elijah to donate, as he was responsible for Expressions being hospitalized. "The Drifter" claimed he was only defending himself. Francis called out Elijah for his continuous disrespect. That said, he suggested that he could teach him some respect at TNA Lockdown. A proposal that Elijah didn't hesitate to accept. "But be careful what you wish for," said "The Drifter."
- Daria Rae and Santino Marella conversed backstage about the TNA Lockdown card. Rae pointed out that after what happened that night, she would schedule a title match at the PPV, with DemonXBunny putting the TNA Tag Team Championships on the line against The Elegance Brand. Additionally, she hinted that Harley Hudson would be fired, as she has only competed once in the last month.
- Jada Stone defeated Jody Threat to advance to the semifinals of the Knockouts Television Championship tournament. Stone surprised Threat with a roll-up for the victory.
- Jason Hotch defeated Mustafa Ali to win the TNA International Championship in the main event of the night. Ali resorted to several tricks, leading to Tasha Steelz and John Skyler intervening against their leader. Finally, a double footstomp, followed by a frog splash, sealed Hotch's victory. The new champion celebrated with his wife and daughter in the ring to close the show.
