A few weeks away from AEW All In: London, former World Champion Samoa Joe has hinted at his possible return at one of the company's biggest PPVs. Absent since AEW Double or Nothing 2026 due to his commitments in Hollywood, Joe was recently asked by Joel Pearl from Fightful Overbooked about his status, and instead of ruling out the option, he decided to leave it up in the air.
“Only time will tell. We'll see. We are nearing the end of production here on Twisted Metal. We'll see how the dice fall”, said Joe, not closing the door on an appearance at All In. Currently, there are no confirmed updates on his return to the promotion at AEW All In London 2026. The 47-year-old wrestler last performed at a PPV in London at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2025, after also being part of the AEW All In event in 2023.
In a recent edition of the Q&A on Dark Side of the Ring on Vice TV, Joe also spoke about the need for honest individuals in the wrestling locker room, rather than self-imposed "leaders." “Being a locker room leader, I think 'leader' is a strange term. I believe there are certain individuals whose opinion people value. If it turns out I'm one of those people in the locker room, great”, he stated.
“I'm never one to force my opinion on everyone, but if asked, I'll give it, and you can do what you want with it. I think having, not leaders, but honest individuals in your locker room is very valuable. I just try to maintain that, if anything”, added Joe, emphasizing the importance of honesty in the locker room environment.
AEW All In: London will take place on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at Wembley Stadium in London, England. Fans will be able to watch the show from the stands, through traditional pay-per-view, or via the HBO Max and MyAEW platforms.
