Honor Club aired episode 178 of ROH TV on August 6th. The matches of the night were filmed during the recent recording sessions held by the promotion at the WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. The show featured a total of ten matches, with Adam Priest, Dalton Castle, and The Outrunners emerging victorious in the main event of the night.
- Proving Ground Match for a shot at the ROH Women's World Championship: Athena (c) defeated Janai Kai after hitting the O-Face.
- Queen Aminata defeated Rachel Ley with the Off With Her Head.
- BEEF defeated "Daddy Magic" Matt Menard with a Flying Pig. After the match, The Premier Athletes attacked Menard. Ariya Daivari slapped BEEF to join the assault. However, once it was over, he appeared visibly remorseful.
- Janai Kai cut a backstage promo, expressing regret over her loss to Athena despite having victory within her grasp. Kai blamed Billie Starkz for costing her the match and challenged her to a one-on-one showdown.
- Eddie Kingston and Ortiz defeated RPG Vice (Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta) in a tag team match. Kingston surprised Romero with a roll-up for the win. RPG Vice launched an assault on their opponents immediately after the match. Romero and Beretta executed a Strong Zero + Double Stomp combo on Ortiz onto a metal chair to conclude their attack.
- Caprice Coleman interviewed The Kingdom (Mike Bennett and Matt Taven) in a new edition of Chops It Up. Taven and Bennett stated that their new phase in ROH revolved around seeking a new intelligence, which they had finally found in AI. AI had advised them to leverage their cunning and wit to achieve their goals. Bennett questioned why there weren't more teams on the roster using AI Sparta. Coleman asked the former tag team champions why they needed this kind of assistance. Bennett and Taven listed some of the advantages of using Sparta, such as the ability to get answers to any question and even to find a suitable design for the wrestlers' attire. Finally, Taven confessed that they would do whatever it takes to win. Mike and Matt concluded the interview by affirming that Sparta was making them smarter, while The Kingdom was becoming a more computerized team.
- Tehuti Miles defeated Dante Casanova in a singles match. After the match, Miles officially joined Shane Taylor Promotions.
- Action Andretti defeated LJ Cleary by submission.
- Mance Warner interrupted an interview with Eddie Kingston and Ortiz to send a message to RPG Vice. Warner promised Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta that they would face violence. "Violence that I desire! Violence that we will deliver to you!" he exclaimed. Kingston recalled spending eight months recovering from his last injury, a struggle he had finally overcome. But last night, Romero and Beretta put his career at risk. "You wanted to take something from me. Now I'm going to take something from you. Rocky, you know me well. You know what I'm capable of. Don't play this game," Eddie said. He advised Romero to think carefully about his next move because they would respond accordingly.
- Los Colons (Eddie and Orlando Colon) & Serpentico defeated Brandon Cutler, Terry Yaki, and Jay Lucas in a trios match. Eddie delivered a backstabber on Terry for the win.
- Mark Sterling was about to reveal something to the audience when Dalton Castle and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) approached to take front-row seats. Sterling unveiled a new collectible figure... of himself. However, the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions couldn't identify it. Sterling pointed out that no collection is complete without legal representation. Castle, Magnum, and Floyd saw a world of possibilities in the figure, so they took it with them. Concerned, Mark asked them to handle it with care as it was a prototype and therefore a premium item.
- MxM Collection (Mason Madden and Mansoor) defeated Aaron Solo and Nick Comoroto in a tag team match. Mansoor and Madden used a Centerfold on Solo for the win.
- Action Andretti delivered a promo to remind everyone that he continued to rack up wins in ROH. With that said, he expressed his desire to catch Lio Rush and choke him until he couldn't breathe. Suddenly, the room's lights began to flicker. Andretti sent a direct message to Rush, advising him to count his days as the ROH World Television Champion. "Because soon a new champion will be crowned. And his name is Action An...," he said before a blackout occurred. Rush's laughter was then heard. Andretti made it clear that he wouldn't engage in those mind games and left the scene.
- Red Velvet defeated Isla Dawn to retain the ROH Women's World Television Championship.
- Adam Priest, Dalton Castle, and The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) defeated Griff Garrison and The Lethal Twist (Lee Johnson, Jay Lethal, and Blake Christian) in a tag team match in the main event of the night.
