WWE continues to complete the lineup for the Monday Night Raw episode on August 17. General manager Adam Pearce, as usual on Sundays, has announced on social media several additional matches and segments for the show.
Pearce has confirmed that Chad Gable will defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio. The tournament to determine Roman Reigns' opponent in Mexico will continue, with Dragon Lee facing El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. and Rey Fénix facing El Fiscal. The winners will advance to the semifinals. In addition, Sol Ruca and Lyra Valkyria will face off in a one-on-one match, while Jey Uso will present Roman Reigns with The Bloodline's new acquisition: Solo Sikoa.
