Winner and NEW AAA Latin American Champion: LA PARKA
We see several of the stars of NXT Heatwave arriving at the venue, an event that will take place immediately after AAA Ola de Calor.
Rey Mysterio makes his way to the ring. The General Manager addresses the fans, recalling that Triplemanía has hosted some of the most important matches in the history of Mexican wrestling. Several of these bouts have featured the Megachampionship as the main attraction. That is why he feels proud to present one of those matches that will be remembered for a long time. Rey Mysterio is about to introduce the two men who will compete in that match, but one of them decides not to wait.
Dominik Mysterio and Dorian Roldán interrupt the AAA General Manager!
The fans greet them with boos. Once in the ring, Roldán asks Rey for a few minutes to talk about Omos' suspension. "Dorian. We've already talked about that. There is nothing more to say", says the General Manager. Dominik points out that he was not able to say anything about it, but he understands. What he still does not understand is what his father has against him, but whatever it is, Omos is the one who has paid the consequences. Dorian approaches Dom and asks him to let him handle this matter.
Roldán addresses Rey once again. Dorian knows that what Omos did was wrong. He has spoken to him and wants to apologize. Roldán hopes Rey will listen to him and lift the suspension. Rey insists that he will not change his decision, although he is glad that Omos understands that what he did was wrong. Dominik reminds Dorian that he already told him what would happen. Rey addresses both men to make it clear that he will not revoke Omos' suspension. He also advises his son to focus on what should really matter to him: defending his AAA Megachampionship against El Grande Americano at Triplemanía 34. With that said, he introduces the second participant in this contract signing.
El Grande Americano appears on the scene!
El Grande Americano is greeted with a huge ovation. El Grande Americano moves his chair aside to confront Dom. Rey asks El Grande Americano if he has anything to say before making the match official. El Grande Americano addresses his opponent. "Pinche Dominik! Ever since you won this championship, you've been telling everyone that you're the King of Wrestlers. Honestly, I don't believe it. But we're going to find out, because at Triplemanía, in Mexico City, IN MY HOUSE, WITH MY PEOPLE, you're going to have the chance to prove it, cabrón. You and me for the Megachampionship!", exclaims El Grande Americano before signing the document. The masked man leaves the contract in front of Dominik. "Sign it!" he exclaims.
Dom takes the microphone. "You want me to sign it?" he asks. "It's your turn, you have to sign," says Rey. However, Dominik refuses to do so. He will not sign unless his father lifts Omos' suspension. The General Manager warns Dom that if he does not sign the contract, he could declare the Megachampionship vacant. El Grande Americano interrupts Rey to ask him not to do so. He wants to win that championship, but not like this. He must do it by defeating his son in a one-on-one match. Dominik, meanwhile, throws the title belt onto the table. Furious, El Grande Americano suggests that the title match take place here and now. At that moment, something seems to catch the fans' attention.
Omos appears in the crowd
Rey gets out of the ring to confront the Nigerian. The General Manager reminds him that he is suspended and must leave the venue immediately. Omos remains unmoved. Rey calls for venue security. At that moment, Omos reaches into one of his pockets and shows the masked man a ticket to AAA Ola de Calor. Omos pats Rey on the head and takes a seat to watch the show. Rey prepares to return to the ring when his son decides to provoke him. "What happened, General Manager?" asks Dom. Suddenly, Rey turns around and charges at Omos, striking him with his microphone.
El Grande Americano stops the General Manager as he tries to calm him down. However, Rey goes after the Nigerian again. Dominik takes advantage of the situation to attack El Grande Americano from behind. Dominik takes him back to the ring and strikes him with a steel chair. Rey returns to chase Dom away, although Dom does not forget to retrieve his AAA Megachampionship. Rey addresses his son, admitting that he was right: suspending Omos was not the best decision. Rey challenges Omos to a one-on-one match at Triplemanía 34: Night 1. If Omos wins, the Nigerian will be allowed to return to AAA. If Rey wins, Omos will never be allowed to return to AAA. Satisfied, Dominik signs the contract and throws it into the ring. The members of El Ojo head backstage, bringing this segment to an end.
