Lucha Libre AAA and FOX bring us tonight the second night of Triplemanía 34, which will take place at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City. The show presents a card full of great matches, highlighting the highly anticipated showdown between Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano for the AAA Megachampionship. Additionally, Flammer will defend the Reina de Reinas Championship against La Catalina.

On the other hand, War Raiders will issue an open challenge for the promotion's Tag Team Titles. Also worth noting is a new edition of the Bardahl Cup and a fatal four-way match for the AAA Cruiserweight World Championship featuring Rey Fenix. Both women grapple. Flammer takes down La Catalina. Champion and challenger grab each other's hair before restarting the fight. La Catalina knocks down Flammer with a shoulder tackle before delivering a dropkick. Flammer seeks refuge in the ropes. La Catalina tries to execute a running hip attack, but the champion quickly seeks ringside shelter. Flammer grabs La Catalina by the legs to pull her out of the ring and hit her against the Spanish commentary table. After that, she throws her against the metal steps.

Flammer brings La Catalina back into the ring to immobilize her. The champion delivers several chops. La Catalina manages to escape from her rival's clutches, only to be caught in a Guillotine Choke. La Catalina frees herself with a suplex. La Catalina unleashes a flurry of punches on Flammer before delivering a dropkick. La Catalina executes a rope hip attack on Flammer, who falls to ringside. La Catalina goes after the champion. She tries to attack her, but the challenger intercepts her with a spear.

Flammer throws La Catalina over the audience barrier. The Chilean returns by launching herself onto her rival with a diving crossbody. La Catalina continues to strike Flammer before bringing her back into the ring. La Catalina executes a Missile Dropkick. Flammer ends up in one of the corners, where she receives the impact of a new rope hip attack. 1..2..NO.

La Catalina applies a Gory Bomb on the champion. 1..2..NO. Flammer surprises La Catalina, applying a double foot stomp. The champion finishes her off with a double underhook facebuster. 1..2..NO. Flammer grabs her opponent's left arm to hit her at will. Furious, La Catalina stands up to unleash a counterattack. La Catalina surprises Flammer with a new spear. 1..2..NO.

La Catalina takes Flammer to one of the corners, where she tries to rain down punches. Flammer escapes her clutches to kick her in the face. Then, she applies a sit-out powerbomb. "This is wrestling!" chant the fans. La Catalina dodges a Swanton Bomb, causing her opponent to crash headfirst onto the canvas. The Chilean responds with a diving splash. 1..2..NO. Flammer surprises La Catalina with a facebreaker before delivering a tremendous dropkick straight to the face. The Chilean falls to ringside.

Flammer goes after her opponent to bring her back into the ring. The champion looks towards the entrance ramp, expecting La Hiedra to arrive, but she doesn't appear. Flammer returns to the ring to seek height in one of the corners. At that moment, she gets distracted again by looking towards the entrance ramp. La Catalina takes advantage of this to throw her to the mat. Then, she applies a rope hip attack, followed by a definitive running knee strike. 1..2..3.

Psycho Clown vs. El Carnicero

El Carnicero attacks a couple of AAA workers while Psycho Clown enters the ring. Psycho Clown dives onto his rival with a suicide dive, prompting the bell to ring. Psycho Clown continues to attack El Carnicero. The latter stops his opponent's offense with a big boot. The action moves into the ring, where Psycho Clown attacks El Carnicero with a kendo stick. El Carnicero stops one of the attacks to destroy the kendo stick.

Psycho Clown dodges a big boot from El Carnicero, making him fall to ringside. Psycho Clown tries to dive with a suicide dive, but his opponent prevents it by throwing a trash can lid at his head. El Carnicero returns to the ring to continue attacking his rival. El Carnicero uses a metal chair to punish Psycho Clown. The latter uses the same chair to hit his opponent in the groin. This way, the Psycho Circus member regains control of the fight.

Psycho Clown unleashes a rain of chair shots on El Carnicero before looking for a table under the ring. Psycho Clown sets up the table in the ring. El Carnicero recovers to knock down his opponent. After that, he places the metal chair in one of the corners. Psycho Clown dodges a charge from El Carnicero, whose head hits the chair. Psycho Clown uses a trash can to hit his opponent's head, leaving him lying on the table. Psycho Clown seeks height to execute a frog splash on El Carnicero. The table is shattered in the process. 1..2..NO. "This is wrestling!" chant the fans.

Both men exchange punches on their knees on the canvas. Psycho Clown unleashes a relentless attack on his opponent. After that, he removes his outer mask to unleash madness, but El Carnicero prevents it by throwing the trash can at his head. As a result, Psycho Clown ends up immobilized in the ropes. El Carnicero prepares to deliver a big boot, but suddenly stops. With a malicious smile on his face, El Carnicero leaves the ring to find a metal toolbox, with which he intends to hit his rival. However...

Pagano appears on the scene!

Pagano grabs a kendo stick to face El Carnicero. However, instead of attacking him and protecting Psycho Clown, Pagano decides to stand in one of the corners, thus ignoring the situation. El Carnicero throws the toolbox at Psycho Clown's head. El Carnicero covers his rival under the watchful eye of Pagano. 1..2..3.

Winner: El Carnicero

Pagano hands the kendo stick to El Carnicero, who uses it to destroy Psycho Clown's body. El Carnicero and Pagano pose over Psycho Clown as the segment comes to an end.

We see the members of El Ojo gathered backstage. Dorian Roldán reminds Dominik Mysterio and Omos that this is the most important night in AAA's history. After Omos won the Bardahl Cup, it's time for Dominik to retain the Megachampionship. That said, Dorian asks Dom if he knows anything about his father. Dominik replies that he doesn't, but he doesn't care because his father is completely finished. Dom assures that El Grande Americano won't have allies tonight, so he suggests Omos stay backstage. Dominik asks Roldán who will induct his mother (Lic. Marisela Peña) into the AAA Hall of Fame. Dorian points out that it will be him. Who else? Roldán recalls that his uncle created AAA, but his mother has dedicated her entire life to it. And speaking of his uncle, Dorian believes he would have wanted Dominik to be the Megachampion. Roldán hopes his mother has realized by now that naming Rey Mysterio General Manager of the company was a mistake. Unfortunately, it will be El Grande Americano who will pay the price. "As it should be," says Dom with a laugh. This concludes this segment.

We see Octagón Jr. in the front row. The fans give him a great ovation.

Four-Way Match for the AAA Cruiserweight World Championship
Rey Fenix vs. Mini Vikingo vs. Jack Cartwheel vs. Nathan Frazer

Rey Fenix kicks Jack to start the match. The four men exchange attacks at high speed. Cartwheel surprises Mini Vikingo with a kick before delivering a neckbreaker to Rey Fenix. Both men end up at ringside. On the apron, Jack holds onto the ropes to kick Mini Vikingo before knocking down Frazer with a sweeping kick. After that, he crushes the latter with a springboard elbow drop. Cartwheel finishes him off with a Rolling Death Valley Driver. 1..2..NO.

Nathan surprises Cartwheel with a slingblade. Mini Vikingo returns, only to be knocked down with a Flatliner by Frazer. 1..2..NO. Fenix returns to interrupt the count. Rey takes Nathan to the apron to kick him. Frazer falls to ringside. The champion prepares to face his other two opponents. Mini Vikingo kicks Rey before using his back as a springboard to apply a hurricanrana to Cartwheel. Mini Vikingo expels the latter from the ring before surprising Fenix with a spectacular sit-out powerbomb. 1..2..NO. After that, Mini Vikingo runs to one of the corners to dive with a corkscrew onto Frazer and Cartwheel. "This is wrestling!" chant the fans.

Mini Vikingo returns to the ring to knock down Rey with a poisonrana. 1..2..NO. Mini Vikingo seeks height in one of the corners. However, Fenix makes him fall to ringside after hitting him with a right hand. Frazer and Cartwheel return to the ring, only to be surprised by a double handspring cutter from the champion. He heads towards the apron. From that position, he kicks Mini Vikingo with a Penalty Kick. After that, he dives onto him with a moonsault. Rey returns to the ring to continue the fight with Jack and Nathan.

Fenix gets rid of Cartwheel with a brainbuster before diving onto Frazer with a moonsault. 1..2..NO. Rey seeks height in the opposite corner. However, before he can make his next move, Nathan surprises him with a Spanish fly. 1..2..NO. Frazer watches his three opponents, all of them at ringside. Nathan dives with a suicide dive onto Mini Vikingo before repeating the move with Jack. Frazer returns once more to the ring, this time to dive onto Fenix with a twisting tope. Nathan brings Rey back into the ring. The European seeks height in one of the corners, but Fenix surprises him with an inverted superplex.

Rey takes distance for his next move, but Frazer prevents it with a superkick. Nathan covers the masked man. 1..2..NO. Cartwheel returns to surprise Frazer with a complex roll-up. 1..2..NO. Nathan expels Jack from the ring. Frazer dives onto Mini Vikingo and Cartwheel, but they move aside, causing the European to land on the Spanish commentary table. Now it's Rey who seeks height in one of the corners. Cartwheel surprises him with a neckbreaker from the second rope.

Mini Vikingo returns to surprise Rey with a spectacular Crucifix Bomb. Jack immediately catches Mini Vikingo to apply a German suplex. After that, Cartwheel executes a Sky Twister Press on Fenix. 1..2..NO. Nathan interrupts the count. The four men exchange attacks in the center of the ring until they lie on the canvas. "This is wrestling!" chant the fans. The action continues. Rey kicks Cartwheel in one of the corners before delivering a Mexican Muscle Buster. 1..2..NO. Mini Vikingo interrupts the count with a Shooting Star Press! Mini Vikingo covers Jack. 1..2..NO.

Fenix kicks Mini Vikingo in the upper body while perched on one of the turnbuckles before setting him up for a Mexican Muscle Buster. On this occasion, the masked man decides to execute the move from the second rope. At that moment, Nathan appears to surprise Fenix with a powerbomb, taking down both the champion and Mini Vikingo. Frazer follows up with a Phoenix Splash on Rey. 1..2..NO. The European can't believe it.

Cartwheel returns to exchange attacks with Nathan. Jack sends Frazer crashing into one of the turnbuckles with a belly-to-suplex before launching himself at Mini Vikingo and Fenix with a Cartwheel Special. Jack returns to the ring to finish off Frazer with a Jack Arrow. 1..2..NO. Cartwheel moves toward the ropes to catch his breath, only for Rey to surprise him with a Tightrope Penalty Kick. Mini Vikingo returns to send the champion out of the ring. He then finishes off a knocked-out Cartwheel with a Phoenix 630 Splash. Rey immediately returns to surprise Mini Vikingo, hitting him with a Mexican Muscle Buster. 1..2..3.

Los Perros del Mal storm the ring to attack Cartwheel, Mini Vikingo, and Rey Fenix! Angel asks for a microphone while his teammates clear the ring. "Bark, dogs!", exclaims Angel. Daga, Angel, Berto, and Karmen Petrovic regroup in the center of the ring. "Olé, olé, olé, olé... Perros... Perros!", the fans chant. Angel hands the microphone to Daga. "And remember: God forgives... THE DOGS DON'T!", exclaims the leader of the faction. Los Perros del Mal pose in the four corners as the segment comes to an end.

War Raiders make their way to the ring, where they will put their AAA Tag Team Championships on the line in an open challenge.

El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno answer the challenge!

El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. and Erik start the match. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. catches Erik off guard with his great speed, taking him down with a crossbody. Ivar gets the tag, only to fall into the masked men's clutches, as they work perfectly together against the champion. He seeks refuge at ringside. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. heads to the apron. Erik approaches him to distract him, allowing Ivar to grab the masked man by one leg and pull him down to ringside. Ivar launches El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. into the crowd barrier before crushing him against it with a crossbody.

The action returns to the ring. War Raiders take turns punishing El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. He takes Erik down at the same time with a clothesline. Both men are left lying on the mat. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. and Erik crawl toward their respective corners to tag in their partners. Galeno comes in at full speed, taking care of both opponents at the same time. Galeno takes Erik down before crushing him with a well-placed splash. Ivar now catches Galeno off guard with a back senton in the corner area. Ivar follows up with a moonsault. 1..2..NO.

War Raiders try to combine against Galeno, but he won't allow it. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. gets the tag, only to be caught off guard by the champions, who hit him with the Viking Experience. Erik prevents Galeno from making the save with a knee strike, allowing Ivar to cover El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. 1..2..NO. War Raiders hit a double chokeslam on El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. Erik covers him. 1..2..NO. Galeno breaks up the count. Ivar and Erik end up at ringside, where they are hit by a spinning tope from Galeno. He brings Erik back into the ring. El Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr. hits Erik with a Wagner Driver, allowing Galeno to finish him off with a frog splash. 1..2..3.

El Grande Americano surprises Dominik with a Shotgun Dropkick as soon as the bell rings, unleashing a furious offensive. Mysterio seeks refuge at ringside, where he is hit with a suicide dive. El Grande Americano slams Dom into the Spanish commentary table before hitting him with a clothesline beside the crowd barrier. As a result, Mysterio ends up in the stands.

El Grande Americano continues beating down the champion in front of the fans. Dom goes directly after his opponent's eyes to turn the situation around. The action returns to ringside, where the masked man regains control. El Grande Americano dismantles the metal steps. The challenger grabs Mysterio, ready to drop him onto the steps. Roldán approaches the former to taunt him. The distraction allows Dominik to surprise El Grande Americano. The champion grabs the masked man's legs, causing him to fall back-first onto the steps. Afterward, Mysterio picks up a steel chair to use it against his opponent.

The action moves inside the ring. Dom destroys El Grande Americano's back with a barrage of chair shots. El Grande Americano recovers but, once again, Dom goes after his eyes to regain control. Mysterio picks up the steel chair to strike the challenger. Dorian hands his belt to Dom, who uses it as a whip against El Grande Americano. "Let's go, Grande!", the fans chant. El Grande Americano grabs one end of the belt to prevent his opponent from continuing to strike him. El Grande Americano digs deep to get back to his feet and unleash a counteroffensive.

El Grande Americano takes Mysterio down with a clothesline. The masked man follows up with a running enzuigiri. 1..2..NO. El Grande Americano picks up Roldán's belt to use it against his opponent (Oh, sweet revenge). El Grande Americano hits Dom with a Rolling Death Valley Driver, followed by a P.K. 1..2..NO. El Grande Americano picks up the belt once again. The challenger applies La Cavernaria —reinforced with the belt— to Mysterio. Dorian climbs onto the apron to distract the referee and El Grande Americano, who releases the champion. Suddenly, JD McDonagh appears on the scene. The Irishman hits El Grande Americano with a headbutt. The masked man is left draped over the second rope. Dominik wastes no time and hits a 619 on his opponent. 1...2...NO.

The Americanos appear on the scene to attack JD McDonagh!

The fight moves toward the top of the entrance ramp. Several members of security try to restore order. Bravo slips away to climb higher onto the venue's screen. Once there, he launches himself onto security, McDonagh, and his own partner! Bruised and battered, Bravo and Rayo make their way toward ringside. However, a shadow appears behind them. It's Omos!

Omos wastes no time disposing of Los Americanos. Afterward, he heads toward the ring. El Grande Americano launches himself with a suicide dive, but the attack does not faze the Nigerian, who takes the masked man down with a big boot. Omos continues attacking El Grande Americano at ringside. Omos prepares to hit El Grande Americano with a chokeslam through the Spanish commentary table, but the masked man goes after his eyes to escape.

El Grande Americano hits the Nigerian with a low blow. El Grande Americano picks up a steel chair and approaches Omos, who is still trying to catch his breath with his hands between his legs. El Grande Americano unleashes a barrage of chair shots on Omos. He recovers and charges at El Grande Americano, but the masked man moves out of the way just in time, causing the giant to crash through the crowd barrier. El Grande Americano returns to the ring to hit Dominik with a Tope Azteca. 1..2..NO.

El Grande Americano climbs to the top of one of the turnbuckles. Mysterio quickly attacks him. Both men exchange blows atop the turnbuckle. El Grande Americano knocks the Mega Champion down. However, before he can execute his next move, Liv Morgan appears on the scene! The former WWE Women's World Champion climbs onto the apron and knocks El Grande Americano down onto the mat. Dominik hits a 619 on El Grande Americano, following up with a frog splash. 1..2..NO. Liv and Dom can't believe it. The fans cheer for El Grande Americano.

El Grande Americano recovers to hit another Tope Azteca. Mysterio moves out of the way while grabbing the referee, causing him to take the attack instead. Liv hands the Mega Championship to Dom, who smashes it against El Grande Americano's head. Mysterio climbs up to hit a frog splash, but El Grande Americano rolls out of the way, causing the champion to land face-first on the mat. El Grande Americano immediately responds with another Tope Azteca. El Grande Americano crawls toward Dom to cover him, but the referee is still unconscious. Suddenly... Rey Mysterio appears on the scene wearing a neck brace and dressed as a referee (mask included)! Rey enters the ring to make the three-count. 1..2..3.

A mariachi band plays "Cielito Lindo" as El Grande Americano poses with the Mega Championship in the ring. Fireworks echo throughout the venue to accompany the moment. El Grande Americano continues celebrating with the fans as "Cielito Lindo" plays at Arena CDMX. And with that, Triplemanía 34 comes to an end.
