Lady Shani suffered an unexpected mishap at Triplemanía 34: Las Vegas. The Mexican wrestler received an accidental impact to the head while competing with Adelicious in a mixed trios match. As a result, Lady Shani ended up collapsed on the canvas. The medical team quickly arrived to check on the wrestler's condition, who was unable to continue the match.
A few days later, Lady Shani finally spoke out about what happened. Through her social media, the wrestler pointed out that her intention was to record her entire day, from the moment she got out of bed until the show ended. However, that unexpected accident ruined everything. She explained this in her most recent post on Instagram.
"I wanted to record my whole day for you, from when I woke up, the training, the meals, the preparation... until the show ended. The idea was to show you a little bit of everything that happens behind those minutes you see in the ring. But we never know how a match will end... and this time the video also ended sooner than I imagined. After this, I couldn't continue recording.
And I think, in a way, it's also a reflection of life. We can make plans, prepare, imagine how things will turn out... but everything can change in a second. Nothing is set in stone. All that's left is to live, learn, get up, and keep going. This day didn't end as I expected, but it's also part of my story," she wrote.
The video shared by Lady Shani shows the exact moment when her mishap occurred, as well as the visible result of it: a couple of cuts on one of her eyelids that required stitches. At the moment, it is unknown when Lady Shani will be able to return to action and if the incident with Adelicious will be used to start a rivalry in AAA's television programming.
