Keanu Carver, Subject to a Restraining Order Following Allegations of Harassment Against a Female Colleague

The accuser accuses Carver of mistreatment and death threats

The wrestler could be fired from WWE for domestic violence

Since his arrival in NXT, Keanu Carver had become a recurring talent in the brand's television programming. However, he has not appeared on the show for the past two weeks. An absence that could be explained in legal and judicial terms, as revealed in a recent report published by Brandon Thurston and John Pollock of POST Wrestling.

"WWE NXT wrestler Keanu Carver, whose legal name is Kevin Robertson, is subject to a protection order that requires him to stay away and not contact another member of the NXT roster who filed a petition against him. The individual filed the petition earlier this month in a Florida court, alleging that Robertson harassed and stalked her. POST Wrestling has chosen not to identify the petitioner unless she decides to make her identity public," the outlet wrote.

"The petition states that the petitioner and Robertson had a romantic relationship that recently ended. In the days following the breakup, Robertson allegedly made several unwanted visits to the petitioner's residence and made unwanted calls, even making up to 44 calls in a single day," the report continued. "The 49-page record includes numerous screenshots showing calls directed at the petitioner, as well as images from an exterior security camera at her residence showing Robertson's alleged repeated and unwanted visits."

"The protection order is a civil matter. While harassment is a crime under Florida law, we have not been able to confirm if charges will be filed. A local police department official informed us that the case is still pending with the State Attorney's Office. The office indicated that the case is under investigation and they could not confirm if charges will ultimately be filed," POST Wrestling wrote.

"The petition for a protection order against Robertson was filed on September 14. A judge granted a temporary protection order that same day. Following a hearing on September 22, the court extended the order until another hearing scheduled for October 20. Court records show that Robertson requested a postponement to secure legal representation. The order requires Robertson to stay at least 500 feet away from the petitioner and prohibits any contact with her," the outlet stated.

"The petition alleges that Robertson's behavior led the petitioner to call the police on September 13, after Robertson returned to her residence, refused to leave, and threatened self-harm. According to the petition, Robertson left before the police arrived. The following day, the petitioner requested the protection order from the court."

This information aligns with Carver's recent absence from the company's television programming. The wrestler had his last match on September 12 (one day before that incident and two days before the report) at a Live Show held in Lakeland, Florida. Since then, he was removed from the brand without any explanation, until now.

"The petitioner claims that, during the relationship, Robertson's behavior was abusive and threatening. Prior to the breakup, the petitioner states that Robertson 'spit on me and physically restrained me from leaving his house'. The petition continues: 'He has threatened to kill me, as well as my cats; he has woken me up by covering my nose while I slept; he has grabbed me by the neck on multiple occasions and squeezed tightly while threatening to kill me'," the report concluded.

Currently, Robertson's situation with WWE is unknown, although reviewing similar cases in the past, such as Rich Swann, Jack Gallagher, or more recently, Odyssey Jones, there is a possibility that the wrestler may end up being released.
