The wrestler Keanu Carver is officially a former superstar of WWE. According to Mike Johnson from PWInsider, the wrestler has been removed from the company's internal roster and is no longer part of it. This decision comes after Carver was issued a protection order that prohibits him from contacting a female wrestler from the NXT roster (whose identity has not been revealed by this source) after she requested the order against him.
The wrestler filed for the order on September 14 and, during a court hearing on September 22, it was determined that the order would remain in effect. The accuser alleged that Kevin Robertson (Keanu Carver's real name), with whom she had a romantic relationship, had harassed her and committed domestic violence, including death threats.
The document consists of 49 pages including numerous screenshots showing calls to the accuser, as well as images from a security camera outside her home showing alleged repeated and unwanted visits by Robertson. One of the unwanted visits occurred on September 4 at 7:00 in the morning. According to the accuser, Robertson appeared "intoxicated and under the influence of drugs and alcohol", although she did not specify what "drugs" her ex-partner allegedly had consumed.
Four days later, Robertson returned to the accuser's home when she was not there. He allegedly waited by the door. When he found the accuser in her car, she tried to reverse the car to leave. Robertson reportedly grabbed the vehicle, said he needed help and that he "had drugs on him, had seen police, his phone was at 1% battery, and had no way to get home".
Just a day later (September 9), the accuser claimed that Robertson called "a total of 25 times" and went to her home when no one was there. He allegedly returned again early the next morning, at 2:01. Robertson knocked on the door "all night" and called the accuser from a hidden number, through X (Twitter), "made incoherent sounds" and circled around her apartment building.
When the news broke, Robertson posted several messages on X, such as "Within a month you will look like complete idiots" and "Sons of bitches pretending to be virtuous... everything done in secret eventually comes to light". These messages only angered the fans more. The wrestler then decided to delete those messages to post another one: "Put God first". However, the negative reaction from fans continued to grow, ultimately leading him to deactivate his X account.
As of the time of this publication, Carver has not been formally charged with any crime. A court hearing is scheduled for October 20 regarding this matter in Seminole County, Florida. In the meantime, Carver is prohibited from approaching within 150 meters of the accuser.
