Honor Club aired episode 188 of ROH TV on October 15th. The matches of the night were filmed during the recent recording sessions held by the promotion at the WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. The show featured a total of seven matches, including a defense of the ROH Women's Pure Championship and the main event of the night: a match for the ROH World Television Championship that ended in a draw after the stipulated time expired.
- Athena hosted a new edition of M.E.M. (Minion Empowerment Meeting) with "Haya" (Hyan) as a special guest. After congratulating her on her victory over Billie Starkz, Athena asked her how she felt after being abandoned by Maya World. "Well, she hasn't abandoned me," Hyan replied. Athena insisted that World had left her partner behind after winning the TBS Championship. "Where was Maya when you needed her the most?", asked "The Forever Champion." She pointed out that Maya preferred teaming up with other women like Thunder Rosa and Willow Nightingale. Athena, however, saw something special in Hyan and hoped she could see it too. With that said, she reminded her that she had to compete in a Proving Ground Match that night and hoped Hyan would join her in celebrating once the match was over.
- AR Fox and Top Flight (Dante and Darius Martin) defeated JD Ink, Matt Mako, and Charles Crowley in a trios match. Fox hit a 450 Splash on Mako for the win.
- Mina Shirakawa delivered a brief backstage promo directed at Isla Dawn. "Isla, you're dressed in a creepy way. Mina is dressed wonderfully. You've been waiting for this moment, just like me. But I'm going to show you exactly what happens when Mina makes waves," she said.
- The Beast Mortos defeated QT Marshall after hitting a pop-up sitdown powerbomb.
- Ian Riccaboni congratulated Bandido for becoming the ROH World Champion with the most accumulated days as champion, reaching a total of 709 to date.
- Deonna Purrazzo defeated Emi Sakura to retain the ROH Women's Pure Championship. Purrazzo forced the Japanese wrestler to submit with a Fujiwara armbar.
- Evil Uno and Alex Reynolds had a backstage promo. After their loss to The Lethal Twist, Reynolds mentioned that Dark Order needed a win in a trios match. "Unfortunately, as you can see, we're only two," Alex said before noting they could no longer count on John Silver. Evil Uno stated that it was time to leave the past behind and move forward. At that moment, Preston Vance appeared to offer his help. Evil Uno and Reynolds held a vote and accepted Vance back into Dark Order.
- The Premier Athletes (Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese) and BEEF (with Mark Sterling and Stori Denali) defeated three local wrestlers in a trios match.
- Proving Ground Match for a shot at the ROH Women's World Championship: Athena (c) defeated Sirena Linton. Athena used a Forever Stomp for the win. "The Forever Champion" continued to attack Linton after the match until Hyan intervened. Athena offered her the chance to attack Sirena. Hyan, however, tried to spear the champion, but Athena used Linton as a shield to take the impact instead.
- Matt Sydal defeated Bryan Keith after hitting a Shooting Star Press.
- Isla Dawn delivered a backstage promo in response to Mina Shirakawa. "Hey, Mina, bitch. Everyone loves you. Everyone wants Mina. I've seen the comments. I've seen the tweets. But let me make one thing clear. I don't want Mina. But I'll gladly use you to get exactly what I need, which is to reach the top of the Ring of Honor women's division. And all your dances and booty shakes won't stand in my way. 'Mina makes waves.' You wouldn't even be able to stay afloat against me. Get ready to drown... bitch," the Scottish wrestler said.
- ROH World Television Championship Match: Action Andretti (c) vs. El Phantasmo ended in a draw after the stipulated time expired.
