- Daria Rae was in charge of opening the show. The TNA Chief Operating Officer accused Indi Hartwell and Santino Marella of conspiring to ruin her life and, in the process, ruin HER show. She also proclaimed herself as the best authority figure in professional wrestling and assured that, now that she had returned after an unjust suspension, she would continue to do the excellent job that, in her opinion, she had always done.

Indi Hartwell quickly interrupted her promo. "Welcome, Daria. We missed you," said the new Knockouts World Champion. Hartwell pointed out that Rae could blame whoever she wanted, but nothing would change the fact that she was now the top champion of the company. Similarly, she regretted that Daria had not changed at all in the last six months and that she was still the same miserable person as always. Rae advised her to enjoy her moment of glory, as it wouldn't last long. Hartwell then challenged her to hit her again, but Daria had another way to hurt her prepared: she had scheduled a title rematch that would take place right at that moment. With no time to change clothes and prepare to fight, Indi was forced to defend the championship against Xia Brookside.

- Indi Hartwell defeated Xia Brookside to retain the Knockouts World Championship. Hartwell applied a Hurts Donut to seal her victory.

After the match, Shayna Baszler and Zoey Serrano stormed the ring to assault Indi. Serrano executed a Z-360 on Hartwell for Baszler to submit her with a Kirfuda Clutch. All while a smiling Daria Rae watched the scene from the entrance ramp. The segment ended with Shayna raising the Knockouts World Championship over her victim.

- Leon Slater starred in a backstage promo to remind that, at Bound For Glory, he made history by becoming the youngest TNA World Champion of all time. He then addressed his rival at Destination X, Trey Miguel. Slater assured that he respects Miguel and expressed his desire for him to arrive at the PPV with all his energy and passion.

Trey interrupted the promo to congratulate Leon and embrace him, assuring him that their match at Destination X would be incredible. He then asked him how many opportunities for the world title he had had throughout his career. Slater admitted he didn't know. "One," Miguel replied, reminding him that it had been too long since that occasion and that he was not going to miss the opportunity he had earned the previous week. "Count on it," replied Slater. Both then left to end the segment.

- Xia Brookside cried inconsolably on the backstage floor after her defeat in the night's opener. Amid sobs, the British wrestler admitted she didn't know what to do next. Suddenly, Xia stood up with a white flower in her hands and silently left.

- Cedric Alexander defeated Fabian Aicher, Rich Swann, and KC Navarro in a Fatal 4-Way Match to earn a shot at the X-Division Championship. Bear Bronson and Brian Myers stormed in the final moments of the match to attack Aichner. Alexander finished off the Italian with a moonsault to seal his victory. After the match, Amazing Red entered the ring to confront his next championship opponent.

- Tasha Steelz and Special Agent Zero starred in a brief backstage segment. "Zero. Order 4 is over. Everything Mustafa Ali believed he controlled... all those people... have disappeared. So now there's only one thing left to do", she said before extending her hand to Zero. He shook it. "Mission accomplished. Good luck", said Steelz before leaving. Zero smiled as the segment ended.

TNA provided a medical update on several of its talents:

  • Ricky Sosa is dealing with back issues after being thrown by Moose onto a ladder in last week's main event.
  • Trey Miguel needs to recover from two demanding matches he has participated in the last two weeks, so he will have to take a break.
  • Jason Hotch is also dealing with some discomfort, but he has been cleared to compete tonight.

- In a backstage segment, A.J. Francis tried to cheer up Expressions, who was still sore from his match last week. Francis assured him that he had done a good job even though The Hardys had forced him to fight. A.J. continued to criticize the legends for the show they ran last week. Mila Moore appeared on the scene to point out that Francis would not have been able to organize a show as good as The Hardys did. A.J. didn't take long to lash out at Moore. John Skyler stormed in to defend Mila and challenge Francis to a match for the next week. Expressions then decided to mock Skyler's short stature, causing him to grab his hand tightly. "See you next week," said A.J. to accept the challenge. With that said, he left with Expressions.

- The Hardys and Moose approached Avery Styles to wish him luck in his first singles match in TNA Wrestling. Frankie Kazarian assured that his pupil was ready for it and quickly led him towards the ring.

- Cedric Alexander, Bear Bronson, and Brian Myers celebrated the former's victory when Eddie and Alisha Edwards joined them. Eddie wanted to know why they hadn't counted on him to intervene in Alexander's match, but only managed to get into an argument with Bronson. Myers was able to calm his partners down.

- Avery Styles (with Frankie Kazarian) defeated Joe Alonzo in his first singles match in TNA Wrestling. Avery executed a Phenomenal Forearm followed by a Spiral Tap for the victory.

- M By Elegance proposed to her partners, Mr. Elegance and Heather By Elegance, a change of direction for The Elegance Brand that would place her at the forefront of the faction. As proof of her growing status, she pointed out that she had just appeared on the cover of a magazine. Elayna Black appeared to mock the Knockouts Television Champion and ask her for a few minutes of her time. M reminded her that her time was money and that she couldn't spare her even five seconds. Jada Stone then joined the conversation to make it clear that nothing would stop her from conquering the championship, even if she had to go through Black and Heather. M didn't hesitate to accept Stone's challenge. After that, she left the place with her partners. Once alone, Jada promised Elayna that she would grant her the first title shot as soon as she became champion.

- Santino Marella announced several matches for TNA Destination X. On one hand, the show will feature two Ultimate X matches. One of them will determine the next contender for the Knockouts World Championship. The winner of the male match will receive a shot at the X-Division Championship. On the other hand, the Director of Authority announced the 2026 World X-Cup, where participants will represent their countries of origin. Daria Rae appeared on the scene. She and Santino silently observed each other. Without a word, Rae left the place.

- Allie and Kiera Hogan entered the ring to carry out a promo. Allie assured that no one was more disappointed than her for losing the Knockouts World Tag Team Championships at Bound For Glory. With that said, she demanded a rematch from Zoey Serrano and Shayna Baszler, promising that she and Hogan would return stronger and more united than ever to regain what was rightfully theirs. Hogan snatched the microphone from her partner. "Are you done yet? Because I'm tired of hearing you", said Hogan. She pointed out that Allie could pretend everything was fine, but the reality was very different. Allie had become weaker since Rosemary disappeared. "We lost those titles because of you", she affirmed. Kiera stated that she had not returned to TNA to be a babysitter. That's why they should go their separate ways. "You and I are done", she said. At that moment, Tasha Steelz stormed into the ring to attack Allie. Hogan quickly joined the assault. Suddenly, the lights in the venue went out and Shotzi Blackheart appeared to scare off the heels. They retreated through the entrance ramp while Allie and Shotzi posed in the center of the ring.

- Harley Hudson approached The Righteous backstage. Vincent reminded the British woman that they had protected her. However, he felt they were not achieving anything with her. "I think you need to make a decision", he said. Harley thanked them for everything they had done for her. Vincent explained that they were not seeking gratitude as an answer, they needed to know if she was with them or not. "Miss Hudson, all Vincent and I want is an answer next week", said Dutch before leaving with his partner.

- An exclusive video showed the furious assault that Elijah launched on Nic Nemeth backstage after the TNA World Tag Team Champion cost him the victory in the ladder match last week. After that, Elijah delivered a backstage promo to promise Nic that his actions would have consequences. Ryan Nemeth appeared to taunt Elijah, as well as deliver a message from his brother. "My BIG BROTHER is going to kick your ass!", exclaimed Ryan. "The Drifter" grabbed Ryan by the shirt, forcing him to escape the place. "Looks like I'll have to kick both your asses", said Elijah before leaving.

- Jason Hotch defeated Mustafa Ali in a 2 out of 3 Falls Match to retain the TNA International Championship in the main event of the night. Ali got the first fall after surprising Hotch with a roll-up. He was then disqualified for attacking the champion at ringside. The third -and decisive- fall was obtained by Hotch after applying a modified GTS.

After the match, Leon Slater joined Hotch inside the ring to congratulate him. Slater pointed out that Jason had shown he didn't need Ali. With that said, he proudly reminded everyone that they are the new TNA champions. "The world is ours now!", he exclaimed. The show ended with both champions posing with their belts.
