WWE has announced a new edition of Worlds Collide that will take place on December 15, 2026, at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World, Florida. The event will be inspired by Marvel Studios' Avengers: Doomsday and will feature wrestlers from WWE, NXT and AAA.

The company confirmed the news on Tuesday through an official statement, further expanding its collaboration with Disney and ESPN. The show will take place one day after the John Cena Classic, which will be held on Monday, December 14, at the same venue.

WWE Worlds Collide will bring together wrestlers from WWE, NXT and AAA

The new event will be part of a special two-day schedule organized by WWE and Disney in Orlando. The first day will be dedicated to the John Cena Classic, the tournament recently announced by John Cena, while Worlds Collide will take place on Tuesday, December 15.

This edition will feature a theme related to Avengers: Doomsday, the upcoming Marvel Studios movie, which is scheduled to be released in theaters on Friday, December 18, just three days after the show.

WWE has confirmed that talent from its main roster, NXT and Lucha Libre AAA will take part. However, no matches or wrestlers have yet been announced for the card.

Paul "Triple H" Levesque, WWE Chief Content Officer, celebrated the announcement on social media:

The first-ever John Cena Classic as part of our growing partnership between WWE, ESPN and Disney. We're excited to take this industry to new heights for the greatest fans in the world.

WWE will host two days of special activities at Disney World

In addition to the two wrestling shows, WWE and Fanatics will host a WWE World experience for fans during both days at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

The company will also launch official merchandise inspired by Avengers: Doomsday, including replica championship belts featuring designs related to the movie.

Combo tickets for both events will be available through Ticketmaster. The general presale will begin on Thursday, November 12, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, while the general sale will open on Friday, November 13, at the same time.

John Cena Classic will air on Netflix as a special edition of WWE Raw

The first of the two events, John Cena Classic, will take place on Monday, December 14, and will air live on Netflix as a special edition of Monday Night Raw.

This is particularly noteworthy because WWE also has another episode of Raw scheduled for the same date at RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. WWE has not yet explained how both broadcasts will be organized, nor has it confirmed the streaming platform for Worlds Collide.
