Honor Club aired episode 191 of ROH TV on November 5. Tonight's matches were taped during the promotion's recent set of tapings at WJCT Studios in Jacksonville, Florida. - Proving Ground Match for an ROH Pure Championship opportunity: Lee Moriarty (c) vs. AR Fox ended in a draw after the allotted 10-minute time limit expired. As a result, Fox earned a title opportunity.
- Athena scolded Diamanté and Billie Starkz for going on vacation and leaving her behind. However, she had found a solution during their absence. One that would motivate her teammates to become better. Athena explained that Hyan would be joining the faction, which was why she had granted her a match for the ROH Women's World Championship at Final Battle. "That will be her final step towards joining our family," she said. Diamanté and Starkz exchanged glances with slight smiles on their faces.
"The Forever Champion" reminded them that both had joined her team after she defeated them in title matches. Athena had to do the same with Hyan: beat her down so she would understand that she needed Athena and a real family. And speaking of family, Athena was aware of the nuisance that Hyan's personal friend, Maya World, had become. "The Forever Champion" informed her teammates that they would face World and Hyan in a tag team match, making it clear that they had to work together "because this can continue".
- Robyn Renegade defeated Rachael Ellering with a crucifix roll-up.
- Adam Priest and El Phantasmo defeated Dante Casanova and Kiran Grey in a tag team match. Priest applied a single-leg crab on Casanova to force him to submit. Action Andretti stormed the ring and attacked Priest with the ROH World Television Championship. El Phantasmo managed to chase the champion away before helping his partner back to his feet.
- Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Tehuti Miles, Shawn Dean, and Carlie Bravo) defeated TJ Crawford, Ori Gold, Hadar Horvitz, and Sean Maluta in an eight-man tag team match. Taylor hit Crawford with a Marcus Garvey Driver to secure the victory.
- Marcus Mathers was interviewed backstage ahead of his ROH debut. "This moment means everything to me," Mathers said. He recalled how his father used to take him to the promotion's shows in Philadelphia when he was just a child. Ever since then, one of his goals had always been to compete in Ring of Honor, where the best wrestlers in the world have competed. At just 23 years old, with more than 900 matches competed in around the world, Marcus was ready to bring the "Philly Attitude" to Ring of Honor. "ROH has the world's best, but now you're gonna get the world's finest," he promised.
- Mark Davis defeated Marcus Mathers with a Doctor Driver.
- Darius Martin defeated QT Marshall with a backslide. Bryan Keith, The Grizzled Young Veterans, RPG Vice, and The Kingdom attacked Martin and Marshall after the match. Big Boom AJ, Scorpio Sky, Matt Sydal, and Bustah & The Brain quickly rushed to the scene to take out the attackers, forcing them to retreat.
- AR Fox cut a backstage promo in which he proclaimed himself one of the best wrestlers in the world, regardless of wrestling style. "You see, Lee. I didn't last ten minutes with you. You lasted ten minutes with me!" he exclaimed. He then made it clear that he had done his homework and studied the Pure Rules, and that the ROH Pure Championship would soon be in his hands.
- Proving Ground Match for an ROH Women's Pure Championship opportunity: Deonna Purrazzo (c) defeated Jody Threat by submission with a Fujiwara armbar.
- SkyFlight, Boom & Doom, and Bustah & The Brain cut a backstage promo addressing the Grizzled Young Veterans, RPG Vice, and The Kingdom. "All right, you can use your little phones, you can use your AI, but AI will never be as smart as the human brain," Jordan Oliver said. Meanwhile, Big Boom AJ claimed they were stronger and ready to put an end to their enemies.
- Eddie Kingston and Ortiz defeated RPG Vice (Rocky Romero and Trent Beretta) in a tag team match in the night's main event. Kingston hit Romero with a DDT to secure the victory.
