Jeff Hardy, who is in the final stretch of his legendary career, has revealed a list of opponents he longs to face in AEW and WWE before hanging up his boots. In a recent interview on the podcast Outside The Ring, the veteran wrestler emphasized that they are not just "fantasy options," but wrestlers he genuinely wants to have one last encounter with.

Detailing his dream opponents, Jeff mentioned MJF, whom he considers an exceptional talent, and Orange Cassidy, highlighting his unique style. He also included Cody Rhodes, whom he referred to as "the greatest wrestler on the planet," and Roman Reigns, whom he described as a wrestling "powerhouse."

Hardy also opened up about his ideal retirement match, choosing Roman Reigns as the perfect opponent. The veteran praised the way Reigns elevated the championship status during his lengthy reigns, ultimately becoming the undisputed face of the company. For Jeff, facing a force of that caliber would be the epic culmination of his career.

"In terms of my individual journey, I could say that a match with Roman Reigns would be quite epic for a final bout," he confessed. For Jeff, facing off against a rival of that level and prestige would be the ideal culmination of his career, especially now, thanks to the recent alliance between WWE and TNA, Jeff's dream of facing The Tribal Chief is one step closer to becoming a reality.
