The Friday Night SmackDown show held in Dublin, Ireland, ended with an unexpected moment. After Jade Cargill and Tiffany Stratton defeated Becky Lynch and Nia Jax in the main event, a moment took place that could mark the future of one of the most anticipated rivalries in the coming months.

The cameras focused on John Cena coming out of his dressing room. At that moment, Nick Aldis, SmackDown's General Manager, appeared in a hallway and mentioned Brock Lesnar. "I just received news from Brock Lesnar," Aldis commented to Cena. However, before Aldis could explain, Logan Paul appeared out of nowhere and knocked out Cena with a punch, leaving him lying on the floor. Nick Aldis shouted at Logan and tried to help Cena recover.

The conversation is of great importance, as the rivalry between John Cena and Brock Lesnar began at SummerSlam, but it stayed at that event, as we had not heard from The Beast since then. Internally, according to some sources, WWE has decided that the match between both wrestlers will take place at Wrestlepalooza on September 20, although it has not been confirmed yet.

Before that is confirmed, it is very likely that John Cena will conclude his rivalry with Logan Paul at Clash in Paris. The two wrestlers had an encounter in the same episode of SmackDown, where Cena delivered a great promo and knocked out Paul with the Attitude Adjustment
