The former UFC fighter and MMA star, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, has broken his silence after the violent attack by his son Raja Jackson against the independent wrestler Syko Stu during a KNOKX Pro Wrestling event in California. The incident, which left Stu hospitalized with serious injuries, has sparked a strong debate in the wrestling world and on social media.

Through Instagram, Rampage acknowledged that his son went too far, although he pointed out that the context has been misinterpreted and that everything spiraled out of control due to a previous altercation in which Syko Stu allegedly hit Raja with a real beer can. According to Rampage, what happened in the ring was initially planned as part of a scripted storyline, but his son took the situation further than anticipated.

Yes, my son went too far, and I'm angry with him for how he handled the situation. But people need to understand that all of this started because Syko Stu was drunk and hit him in the head with a real beer. He was told he could get involved in the story and 'get what was coming to him,' but he went too far. My son must face the consequences, he knows that. However, it must be clarified that it was not a random attack, it was something that got out of control.

The MMA veteran also denounced that both he and his family are receiving racist threats due to the coverage of the case, and he asked for the complete context of what happened to be respected. Rampage closed his message by warning that he will always defend his children, although he made it clear that Raja will have to face responsibility for his actions.

The Raja Jackson case has sparked a major debate in the professional wrestling community about how certain situations are handled in the independent scene. Despite being able to explain why the situation escalated to that extent, the truth is that inexplicable things happened at the event, such as one of the wrestlers in the match facing Sky Stu counting him out after Raja Jackson left him knocked out and spasming in the center of the ring.

How is Syko Stu doing

The wrestler suffered a serious head injury and was unconscious upon arrival at the emergency room. His injuries include trauma to the upper and lower jaw, a laceration on the upper lip, and a fracture in the jaw, which unfortunately led to the loss of several teeth.

His wife, Contessa Patterson, explained to the media that Sy Stu is recovering. "He has a long road to recovery ahead, but he remains in good spirits despite everything that has happened," she said. "We are deeply grateful for all the love and support we have received during this time. Thank you to everyone who has contributed in some way, whether with monetary donations, food, flowers, or gifts. Your generosity is indescribable."
