During a recent Q&A session at Fan EXPO, John Cena, star of Peacemaker in the DC Universe, confessed that he was also in talks to participate in other major Hollywood projects, including the Marvel Cinematic Universe

The 17-time world champion explained that in the film industry, there are many projects that are talked about but never materialize. "For a while, there was a Duke Nukem project in the works. There were also talks for me to be in the Terminator franchise and in the Marvel universe," he said.

Cena emphasized that he has learned to not get his hopes up too soon, as many ideas remain in the planning phase: "You can't get too excited until everything is real. Frustration often comes from unmet expectations. In this business, nothing is guaranteed until production actually begins."

The actor stressed that he only fully commits when a project is confirmed: "When they say 'this is serious, we're going to shoot,' then you have to give it your all. Otherwise, you might not get another chance."

John Cena made a reappearance last night on Monday Night Raw to send a final message to Brock Lesnar before Wrestlepalooza, a premium event taking place this Saturday in Indianapolis, featuring a match between both stars as the main attraction.
