WWE WrestlePalooza will take place this Saturday with five confirmed matches on the card, but there could be a sixth match under discussion. According to Fightful, through their Patreon channel, the company considered adding a WWE Women's Championship match between Tiffany Stratton, Nia Jax, and Jade Cargill.

All three had already worked together on the European tour in several triple threat matches, in addition to the numerous recent duels between Stratton and Cargill. The rumor gained strength on September 18, when official merchandise featuring the match's image was released.

Stratton's medical condition is key

Any possibility of the match being added to the card depends on Tiffany Stratton being medically cleared, something WrestleVotes pointed out in the last few hours. Remember that the champion came out worse for wear from her encounter with Jade Cargill on SmackDown, where both fell through the barricade and she was subsequently attacked by Nia Jax. As a result, Stratton was unable to compete this week at NXT Homecoming.

Meanwhile, Nia Jax was promoting next week's SmackDown in Cincinnati, granting an interview to Rick Ucchino of Sports Illustrated and Fightful Collision, where she avoided confirming whether the match will take place.

WWE Wrestlepalooza will take place on September 20 at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, a venue with a capacity of nearly 20,000 spectators. Fans will be able to watch the show on ESPN in the United States and Netflix internationally.
