Kevin Owens was sidelined from action just before WrestleMania 41 due to a neck injury. The Canadian underwent a cervical fusion with the aim of healing the damaged area. Although the operation turned out to be a success, there was still a wait to see how the bones fused, with Owens acknowledging that there was no guarantee it would work.

Well, today, the Canadian has posted a brief video on his social media to share hopeful news with the fans. In the video, which lasts just 10 seconds, we can see Owens running at the Performance Center. An indication that he has returned to training.

Owens underwent surgery on July 18th. Today, almost four months later, the Canadian has started exercising, taking another step on his path to a full recovery to return to the ring. It is worth noting that one month after his surgery, Owens hoped to receive medical clearance at some point in 2026.

Fortunately, the former Universal Champion has already gone through the worst of the process. Now we just have to wait and keep hope that everything goes as planned. As he has shown in recent months, the Canadian is not willing to give up or end his career in professional wrestling. At 41 years old, "KO" has proven that he still has plenty of fuel left in the gas tank, and he won't let anything stop him from burning that fuel.
