Marcel Barthel (Ludwig Kaiser) has been at the center of the news in the last few hours after his arrest in the State of Florida for alleged assault became known. According to the victim, the WWE superstar allegedly repeatedly hit him after being asked for some decorum in his behavior with his partner (Andrea Bazarte) inside an elevator.

However, as is natural, every conflict has two versions. Up to now, we knew the content of the complaint from the alleged victim, but not that of the German wrestler, who could have been involved in a xenophobic attack, as journalist Raj Giri explained in a post on X.

"This is what I heard regarding the Ludwig Kaiser situation. He was in the apartment elevator with Andrea Bazarte and they were being affectionate, but nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. Reap allegedly didn’t say anything in the elevator but once he got out on the 12th floor, he allegedly said something to Kaiser to the effect of 'you need to show some f’n respect before I call ICE on that b**ch.' Kaiser got out of the elevator and they had a little scuffle, but no punches were apparently thrown," wrote Giri.

Ludwig Kaiser will be able to fulfill his commitments in Mexico

This situation will not greatly affect Kaiser's work in Mexico, where he has become a real sensation. According to court records, Assistant State Attorney Shaylynne Kotch had no objections to the motion filed by the wrestler's attorney, in which he respectfully requests the Court to issue an Order allowing him to travel outside the State of Florida and internationally for work reasons.

With this permission, Kaiser will finally be able to appear at the Domo de la Kings League in Mexico to celebrate his "Serenata para El Grande Americano". An event originally scheduled for Thursday night, but had to be canceled due to the situation.

For now, his "Mask vs. Mask" match against "Original" El Grande Americano is still scheduled for the AAA Noche de los Grandes event on Saturday, May 30th. A match, on the other hand, highly anticipated by fans, who have found in the German their greatest hero in the company's new era.
