Mara Sadé leaves TNA Wrestling, with All Elite Wrestling likely to be her next destination

The list of departures from TNA Wrestling continues to grow. In just a few weeks, over half a dozen talents have left the company. Yesterday, Jody Threat's departure was confirmed, as she had reportedly requested the termination of her contract from the company. Today, we echo another departure within the Knockouts division.

We are talking about Mara Sadé, who is reportedly on the verge of joining All Elite Wrestling, as revealed in a recent report by Fightful Select. Apparently, TNA presented an increased contract renewal offer, but Sadé turned it down in favor of joining AEW's roster, a company that had shown interest in her.

"Sean Ross Sapp, from Fightful Select, has reported that, as of today, Mara Sadé is not expected to return to TNA Wrestling. The outlet had previously disclosed that her contract had recently expired and she was in talks with several companies. In fact, Sadé took part in TNA's TV tapings last Friday in Philadelphia without a valid contract, as reported by Fightful Select last week," the outlet wrote.

"According to sources, TNA improved their financial offer in an attempt to retain Mara Sadé. However, internal sources from All Elite Wrestling claim that the company has been interested in adding her to their roster for some time. Sources from both TNA and AEW expect the wrestler's final destination to be All Elite Wrestling," the outlet concluded.

Mara Sadé signed with TNA Wrestling in 2025 after a four-year stint in WWE. However, her initial appearances on the company's TV programming date back to her time as an NXT superstar. Since joining TNA, Sadé has become a regular on television, engaging in prominent rivalries with talents like Ryan Nemeth and Elayna Black.

She recently joined Rosemary and Allie as part of the latter's resurrection storyline. In recent weeks, she has been participating in the tournament to determine the first-ever Television Champion of the Knockouts division. Sadé defeated Tasha Steelz in the first round of the tournament. Her quarter-final match was against Heather By Elegance. This match was filmed during the most recent set of tapings and will air on television soon.
