Keanu Carver has been removed from WWE NXT television programming after a colleague accused him of harassment and death threats, as reported by the POST Wrestling on yesterday's date. The accuser (Arianna Grace, according to some sources) claimed that Carver had not stopped harassing her since their tumultuous relationship ended.
As expected, the news quickly spread like wildfire on the Internet, with many fans calling for the immediate dismissal of the wrestler. Carver, on the other hand, decided to respond with two tweets in which he lashed out against those pointing fingers at him. "In a month, you will all look like complete idiots," he wrote in one of them, hinting that he will be cleared of the accusations against him.
Later, Carver posted a second tweet, where he escalated the tone. In it, the wrestler stated that everyone has something to hide, and that it always comes to light. "Bastards pretending to be virtuous... everything done in secret eventually comes to light," he wrote.
Keanu ended up deleting his controversial messages, as well as his Twitter account (deleted at the time of writing these lines). Currently, the wrestler remains part of the active WWE NXT roster, although his future with the company is becoming increasingly uncertain.
The case is still pending before the State Prosecutor's Office, with no charges having been filed against the wrestler yet. His former partner has a restraining order preventing Carver from approaching within 150 meters. This is a temporary protection order that will be reviewed at the next hearing with the judge, scheduled for October 20th.
