Nikki Bella failed to conquer the Women's Intercontinental Championship at Clash in Paris, but far from being discouraged, the WWE Hall of Fame member made it clear that this new stage of her career has just begun. In a message posted on X, she thanked the Bella Army for their support and acknowledged that even though she fell short, this is "just the beginning."

"There's nothing like my Bella Army! Your love and support help me overcome everything! I fell short tonight, but the good thing is that it's just the beginning. I felt great being back there! I love you all so much! And Paris, cheers or boos! You are an incredible audience!"

The veteran faced Becky Lynch hoping to win her first title in almost ten years. However, it was the Irishwoman who left the French capital with the gold, reinforcing her position as one of the most dominant stars on the current roster. Later, Lynch would have an even more decisive role in the show, helping Seth Rollins retain the World Championship in the main event.

It is unknown if WWE still has plans for Nikki Bella. Despite having many detractors, the truth is that she continues to sell a lot of merchandise and has a large number of fans.
